Handmade

Our Barbora knit was inspired by its namesake: Barbora Radvilaitė, Grand Duchess of Lithuania. Cozy-soft yet structured, she’s a knit filled with contrasts, right down to the grey and off-white stitching that cascades down her sleeves. Much like the real Barbora, she's ready to tackle whatever comes her way, whether that's a bittersweet love story or a seriously cold winter day. This turtleneck is pretty oversized. If you like a more fitted knit, pick sizing down.

  • SUSTAINABILITY

We don't believe in deadstock. All of our Barbora knits are produced in small batches by female artisans in rural Lithuania. She is our most technical knit yet and can take up to seven days to knit by hand. Wanna put a face to a name? You'll also receive a card about the knitter who made your Barbora.

For the knit, we use only 100% natural yarn, with no microplastics and no harmful or irritant chemicals used. The yarn is soft and cruelty-free.

She's a bit difficult but we love her anyway

Each Barbora knit is crafted by hand by our kick-ass knitters in Lithuania. Barbora's our trickiest knit yet as she has a very technically difficult pattern that only a few of our super skilled knitters know how to master. She can take between five and seven days to knit and, as she's totally handmade, each knit is unique and no two are identical.
