We want to make sure you love our pieces. If you'd like a different size or choose another direction altogether, we are here to help, just get in touch with us.
If you want to return or exchange something, just drop us an email at hello@theknottyones.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return/ exchange. We'll happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in sellable condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange shipped out within 14 days of you receiving the item. An item can be exchanged once free of charge, but all return shipment costs remain the customers' duty.
Kind reminder: we recommend processing exchanges/returns through us, as all return shipping costs, including import fees, remain the customer's duty. However, we'll cover the shipping cost of sending your new piece to you for free!
Please note that all custom-sizing items cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or altered.
