Inspired by the texture of rippling water, we named this slightly cropped cardigan after the river of Nemunas. This cardigan evokes the nostalgia of our Baltic roots and childhood memories. With intricate traveling cables that ebb and flow like the very river it honors, Nemunas is a heartfelt tribute to the natural beauty and culture of the Baltics. Runs true to size. Recommended to take your normal size.

What's better than a sustainably sourced knit? A sustainably sourced knit with free worldwide shipping on orders over €200 and free exchanges. We're climate neutral certified, which means that not only is all of our packaging sustainable, but we also work with non-profits to offset our shipping carbon footprint. We want to make sure you love our pieces as much as we do. If for some reason you'd like to return a piece altogether, we'll always accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered knits with original tags attached. Head to our FAQ for more details.

We don't believe in deadstock. All of our Nemunas cardigans are produced in small batches by female artisans in rural Lithuania. One piece alone can take anywhere from 5 to 6 days to knit by hand. Wanna put a face to a name? You'll also receive a card about the knitter who made your dress.
For the knit, we use 100% natural yarn, with no microplastics and no harmful or irritant chemicals used, spun entirely from merino wool by our suppliers in Italy. The yarn is cruelty-free and carries the Responsinble Wool Standard (RSW) certification. It is also verified as "Land to Market," meaning the wool comes from a land that is verified regenerative.
Our artisans use a technique of one single thread for the entire cardigan, meaning there is virtually no fabric scarps or waste.
