Handmade

Handcrafted from a luxurious wool and Alpaca baby Suri blend, the Pynė features a striking “Jūra” cable design and a hook-and-eye closure, letting you wear it open or fastened. Paired with the Vilna Mittens, these hand-knitted pieces keep you warm and stylish all season long. Ready for snowballs? We sure are.

  • MATERIAL & CARE

    75 % Virgin wool, 25 % Alpaca

  • FREE SHIPPING & FREE EXCHANGES

What's better than a sustainably sourced knit? A sustainably sourced knit with free worldwide shipping on orders over €200 and free exchanges.

If for some reason you'd like to return a piece altogether, we'll always accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered knits with original tags attached. Head to our FAQ for more details.

  • SUSTAINABILITY

We don't believe in deadstock. These knis are knitted in small batches by our kick-ass knitters using leftover yarn from our Ethno Sweater. You’ll find out exactly who created your piece when you receive your order. Just wait and see!

Made from impossibly-soft baby Suri Alpaca yarn, which is, of course, mulesing-free. Sourced from our Italian supplier, who are not only RWS certified, but also proud members of the Sustainawool Integrity Scheme. The yarn we’ve used is also naturally APEO free, and dyed with ZDHC products, so we can be sure that it won’t produce any harmful chemicals.

Hand-knitted by our artisans

This collection is a continuation of our journey exploring the symbolic elements of the Lithuanian folk poem “Eglė the Queen of Serpents” but this time we are focusing on her and building our version of the “knotty” heroine. Driven by the heartbreak and betrayal she turns to nature to gain the strength.
