Cruelty-free wool

Hand-finished

Our Kalvos Vest 2.0 is here, bringing all the sophistication of the original but with added softness. You asked, we delivered — comfort has a new name with our mohair and eco wool blend, offering cloud-like softness and breathability. Perfect for layering through winter and in-between seasons. And of course, we've kept the adjustable side ties with metal buckles and the hip-length front, and the slightly longer back that you loved on our OG Kalvos. This design still pays tribute to the rolling Lithuanian hills it was named after. Runs true to size. Recommended to take your normal size.

  • MATERIAL & CARE

    41% mulesing-free organic virgin wool.

59% cruelty-free mohair yarn, sourced from Italian suppliers.

    Dry clean. Store folded.

  • FREE SHIPPING & FREE EXCHANGES

What's better than a sustainably sourced knit? A sustainably sourced knit with free worldwide shipping on orders over €200 and free exchanges.

If for some reason you'd like to return a piece altogether, we'll always accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered knits with original tags attached. Head to our FAQ for more details.

  • SUSTAINABILITY

Our Kalvos is made from a blend of 41% mulesing-free organic virgin wool and 59% cruelty-free mohair yarn, sourced from our Italian suppliers who proudly hold the organic bio blend badge. Made in small batches at a female-led factory in Lithuania. You’ll also receive a card inside your order with information about exactly who made your Kalvos Vest. Now, that’s what we call transparency.

NOTES FROM OUR DESIGN TEAM

This collection is a continuation of our journey exploring the symbolic elements of the Lithuanian folk poem “Eglė the Queen of Serpents” but this time we are focusing on her and building our version of the “knotty” heroine. Driven by the heartbreak and betrayal she turns to nature to gain the strength.
